Suggested Use For Soft, Peeling, Weak, Thin or Damaged Nails
Start with clean, dry nails
Apply two coats of Nail Fitness
Reapply one coat every other day (or as needed)
Remove after two weeks with non-acetone remover
Repeat with same application
If applying polish, use Nail Fitness as a basecoat, apply polish, and then apply Nail Fitness as a topcoat. You will see quicker results if Nail Fitness is used without polish.
