Suggested Use For Soft, Peeling, Weak, Thin or Damaged Nails
- Start with clean, dry nails
- Apply two coats of Nail Fitness
- Reapply one coat every other day (or as needed)
- Remove after two weeks with non-acetone remover
- Repeat with same application
If applying polish, use Nail Fitness as a basecoat, apply polish, and then apply Nail Fitness as a topcoat. You will see quicker results if Nail Fitness is used without polish.
