Suggested Use

Application Instructions

For soft, peeling, weak, thin or damaged nails:

  • Start with clean, dry nails
  • Apply two coats of Nail Fitness
  • Reapply one coat every other day (or as needed)
  • Remove after two weeks with non acetone remover
  • Repeat with same application

If applying polish, use Nail Fitness as a basecoat, apply polish, and then apply Nail Fitness as a topcoat. You will see quicker results if Nail Fitness is used without polish.

To maintain healthy nails:

  • Start with clean, dry nails
  • Apply one coat as both a topcoat and basecoat
  • Apply new coat over existing Nail Fitness, every two to three days
  • Remove after two weeks with non acetone remover
  • Repeat with same application 

Once again, if applying polish, use Nail Fitness as a basecoat, apply polish, and then apply Nail Fitness as a topcoat.
